I previously wrote a fairly scathing and negative review on this firm.

Even though I was not cordial, they called me personally and thanked me for my feedback.

They explained the revised policies and decision making process they implemented after the painful lessons of the last two years.

Humility and communication are rare values and I feel they should be recognized and applauded. Selective Wealth Management definitely converted me from a skeptical and slightly begrudged client to a grateful and loyal fan.

I really appreciate the philosophy they employ of buying strong businesses and not just trendy stocks.

They provide amazing detail and explanation for every decision on their site, and I will be sticking with them for the long haul.

TL; DR I was mad at this company for being cocky and arrogant, they thanked me for my feedback and explained how they learn from their mistakes and keep working to improve; won my respect, appreciation and loyalty.
