got a friend that lives there, they tore down her kitchen cabinets almost 2 months ago and still haven't put them back up there's mold there and all they do is paint over it the air conditioner doesn't work and they still haven't fixed it its been a month since something was said. its not fit for a dog to live there. well guess that's martinsville for you if it was any other place it would be taken care of. its amazing what landlords can get away with and the office personnel aren't friendly its like they don't want to be there. the place needs to be condemned on all their properties or well inspected. have roaches bad too.

Rude and evasive. Demanded for personal information without supplying details about properties. The older gentleman stated that only 9/10 applicants were approved. He insisted I do an application without information about the properties. I kindly excused my presence and never returned.
