The electronic portal for document management is great! Thomas and the staff are always responsive and very attentive to the needs of the property and tenants. I would reccomend this service to anyone looking for new property management.

I'm reviewing the setup of the showing and the experience with seeing the house. You get a lock box code to show yourself the house which is nice. Rental property I saw was nice, not a huge house but the layout was awesome! 2 and a half baths, dishwasher, and samsung stackable washer and dryer

So this is a positive review of RPM Cairn from someone who did not end up using them YET.

I cold contacted Tommy over their website on a Friday night or Saturday morning about managing a property for me and heard back within an hour or two, a.k.a he responded outside business hours, impressive. And was willing to make a meeting work for my schedule early Monday. . . Woah.

He was friendly and communicative and instantly gave me the impression that he did not have tunnel vision towards dollar signs but actually cared about the whole process.

Because we had a trustworthy tenant already lined up (who he even knew personally), weren't quite finished cleaning and moving out, and really had a peculiar situation he actually advised us not to use them this time; however he and Christin offered a lot of helpful free advice that stood to profit them nothing.

They walked through our home, offered salient observations and tips and, even though they were on a schedule, left us with the genuine feeling that they cared and wanted to help even though our situation is messy and not a good fit for their services.

I was leery of cold calling a property manager, because several in Lynchburg have been completely unresponsive or ghosted me, presumably for only having one home (how dare I?) But Tommy and Christin struck me in all their dealings as both good business people and quality individuals, a very rare find nowadays.
