I've been with Alex for about a year now but didn't want to write a review until I put a claim in. Well I got storm damage to my roof when tropical storm Micheal hit and contacted Alex the next day. He walked me through the process and had an adjuster out promptly. The adjuster was extremely kind, respectful, and informative. I have no complaints whatsoever to having Alex as my insurance agent.

As far as Alex himself goes as an agent, he's always there when I have a question. If he doesn't have an answer right then and there he will call or text me as soon as he gets an answer. I've never experienced this grade of customer service when it comes to insurance.

I insure my vehicles, house, and my life with Alex, and I guarantee I'll stay with him and State Farm for years to come.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had such bad professionalism. Alex Perkinson decided to cancel my insurance and send me a letter in the mail about it. No email, no phone call and no response. The worse part is nobody in his office or corporate can give me an explanation. I will make sure anyone I know does NOT get insurance through Alex or State Farm. It’s a waste of time.
