Had to order a 4th new debit card because of more fraudulent charges hitting my account. Cars was ordered on January, it never showed up. Called to get yet another card sent, asked if maybe I could get it sent to me sooner and was met with "well its not our fault it got lost, thats the mail service. To expedite it would cost you $45 dollars." Now I have to wait yet another 7 to 10 business days because they wouldn't help at all anf I've been without a debit card for a month. I just needed a little help; I'm unable to drive to the bank to pull out money, and don't have access to a ride whenever I need it. For just a little help to get my card sooner would cost me $45. Sad.

Only used Drive Thru. The parking lot has only exits to go one way on Route 29 .To go towards Warrenton you need to make a U-Turn

We do not have a account there, and we do dump coins. One time we went, one of the ladies who was working there said we could press customer even though we do not have a account. A whole lot of time have went by before we came today and then the same god damm lady got mad at us dumping coins there with the customer feature turned on. Can’t accept the fact that you can’t deal with people dumping coins on a regular basis means you need to get fired. So I REPEAT DO NOT EVET COME HERE FOR ANY REASONS!!!

Fauquier Bank is the hometown bank that I remember from my youth. They are always personable and helpful. They get to know their customers. Not only do they not charge you for atms, they refund your first 5 atm charges from non-bank locations.

Since the takeover by VNB, they began charging maintenance fees. Do not bank with them when you can bank for free with many others.
