Amazing agent we have at A1 Insurance in Linda Allred, always professional and going above and beyond to explain our policies. Researched rates and updates us on new laws and coverages. We couldn’t ask for a better Agent who cares about her clients and strives to provide the best information available. More than willing to refer and recommend as she will take care of your personal or business needs. I’ve been dealing with this company for many years. Brian does the best he can but he always has a lot going on. I remember a few people that were employed there that were really great 1 passed away and 1 is no longer with the company but the two leading ladies now That I hope stays forever or long as they can Is Linda and Savannah their customer service skills are very hands-on their detail oriented they remember you by your name they greet you they might not be Having a bad day, but they still make sure they go the extra mile to make you smile and let you know that you are appreciated by making you feel that These type of people are rare people that show up work, and seem happy to do their job is what I mean by rare I know if I ever own a business I’m gonna try to steal both of them because they would definitely be the face of my company!!! Love them!!!!! If anyone is looking for a new policies, please reach out to speak to Linda or Savannah. They would definitely get the job done with the smile on their face.
