We had a positive experience with Allegiance. Everyone was professional, polite and responsive. When we reached out, it was always easy to speak to a person. If I sent an email we always received a quick response--Kayla was especially great about getting back to us and keeping us informed on the move in, move out, and other aspects of renting. The online portal is easy to use and streamlines signing documents and making payments. The Property Meld, which is linked to the online portal, is also easy to use and made it easy to initiate requests for maintenance/repairs--all of ours were handled in a timely manner. Thanks to Sal and Dana as well. Overall good experience and would rent a property they are listing again in the future.

Courtney and team did an outstanding job of managing the rental of our single family home while we are living abroad. Courtney was unfailingly responsive and professional and the overall communication with Allegiance was thorough and swift. Allegiance is THE BEST property management company in Northern Virginia! They have managed my property for well over 15 years and they have always found me the most reliable and responsible tenants. They respond quickly to every email I send them, and they have always taken care of any maintenance work with quality repairs, so that the property stays in excellent condition. The entire Allegiance staff is incredibly helpful and very approachable whenever I’ve had questions or requests. Anyone who wants to have a worry-free experience with their rental property should only consider using this company!

When your background is military and are on a constant move, a strong property manager is needed to deal with a property/s left behind. We recently established ties with Allegiance and it has been smooth sailing from the beginning. They're always on top of things, effectively communicating with us on a regular basis and providing us with any status as needed. We have nothing to worry about, we're in good hands thanks to the outstanding support they provide.

We’ve had excellent experiences working with Allegiance Property Management during our three overseas assignments. We’ve particularly appreciated the team’s assistance with our move-ins back into our place at the conclusion of our overseas assignments, including Kayla’s efforts to get our condo ready ahead of our return last year, when we had a short window to get painting and necessary repairs completed after our tenants’ move-out and before our move-in.
