Every business owner needs expedited service to help gain time for the ease of running a business. Is it possible to have a relationship manager over merchant services? This is where Raven Riddle comes in. The quality of service she gives to her customers is outstanding. We’ve truly never experienced anyone at her level of white glove service. We had a 16 year old, outdated POS system that was shutting down on us. We had to make the jump and get a new POS and merchant services all at once.
