-5 stars. I've been here a few times and this last time is definitely going to be the last time. I rather go 100 miles than go here. I was there Friday 03/28 and when I came in I said I have an infection and I'm super dehydrated, along with other stuff. They did absolutely nothing. Said I didn't have an infection , after literally 2 seconds of looking. Got a 2nd opinion Today (2 days later) told me that I have a really bad infection and bronchitis. Wow is what I told the new hospital.
This hospital is one of the worst hospitals in the country. I know this by being in plenty of hospitals across the country. These employees need more training, more schooling, and have an actual care for their patients. Not saying all, but from each visit, it was a wtf moment each time. I value health care workers but really give me more issues with my body because you don't want to work. Sat for 4 hrs , while I heard everyone having a "good time". The hospital I went to had beds fully booked and I was in and out in less 2.5 hours. That's xrays, blood work, etc..

This hospital appears to be a great hospital it was our first time visiting we had a family friend that was at the emergency room so we went to make sure she was okay and ran into another family friend who works there and he is a janitor and he's doing a very good job his name is Mike Lyons. And we hope that his boss/manager/supervisor sers the post & recognizes Mr Lyons with a bonus, a gift card, cash, a raise, &/or even a small paid for vacation. Because he was doing an amazing job very friendly and polite & respectful. Just thought we would throw that in there but we highly recommend this hospital five stars definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my daughter to the ER for what I assumed was appendicitis. She was showing all the classic signs. We arrived and had to wait awhile to be triaged, but that’s to be expected when they announce that there’s a possible stroke in the back. Once we were put in a room everything went very smoothly and happened quickly. From the time we were placed in the bed to leaving she had a full work up including a CT scan in less than three hours which is surprisingly fast for a busy understaffed ER. The nurse and provider we had were amazing at keeping my sixteen year old daughter calm during the process. They kept me informed every step of the way and checked in frequently. As a former ER nurse in this facility I know how hectic things can be, so I definitely want to give them kudos.

Sovah is consistently one of the only places I feel safe going to the ER to get reliable care. I have chronic illness issues, and things don't always show up on tests, my ER team took me seriously and got me taken care of even with normal test results. I needed emergency surgery and got taken care of!

Honestly no one enjoys going to the hospital but when it's necessary you want it to be positive experience. Husband had an outpatient procedure done and overall the whole thing went well. Hospital was efficient, clean with friendly staff except for one lady in registration that was very unfriendly and never smiled at all. The nurses were incredible especially Sarah she was the best. Procedure was done successfully and all scheduling was on track for patients. Well done 👍

I would like to thank Dr. Mazurek, Chris, Jessica, and all the staff in the Emergency Department for taking excellent care of my mother yesterday. It's scary when you are hundreds of miles away and you can't be there with your parents. This team went above and beyond to care for her!

I was hospitalized a few weeks ago, and my AMAZING nurse Eleanore was an angel to me on the 4th floor night shift. So caring and compassionate. She took the best care of me. I hope her supervisor makes note of this 5star care in her personnel records.

I cannot thank Sova Health Hospital enough for the exceptional care I received during my stay in January. I was admitted for four days due to kidney failure, and the team caught it early through blood work, noticing that my creatinine levels were dangerously high. They worked tirelessly to reverse the process, and within just four days, I began to feel better as my kidneys slowly started to recover. The nursing staff was absolutely incredible—compassionate, attentive, and professional. I truly felt well taken care of during my entire stay. The hospital itself is the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and the overall experience was outstanding. My life was saved, and I trust this hospital with my health without hesitation. I am forever grateful to everyone at Sova Health Hospital!
