I'm here with a family member,

Hope it's going well in the back.

Waiting room is extremely cold 🥶.

While inside office /back is warm.

How do I know , I used the rest room.

A little skeptical, only 1 patient here.

First dental I've known to offer $25 credit /referrals.

Must need a lot.

Henritze Dental Groups staff is prompt in confirming appointments both by text & phone, and also they are always extremely courteous.

I broke a couple of teeth on hard candy on Saturday. One tooth broke down to the gum line. I called first thing Monday to make appointment expecting appointment to be weeks or months later. They took me the next day to my surprise! I was so grateful and happy for this! And they didn't charge me an emergency fee and took care of me in several ways. The following day I referred three more people to them because the office personnel and dentist are nice and very accommodating. I'm will continue to keep going and referring people.

Had two teeth filled today Dr Reynolds an his assistant was great. Have been going to this firm since 1977 when Dr lackey and Dr jordan was there always had great success no matter what have had done. Thanks to the whole staff there.
