Nelson Ford was fantastic to work with. When they did not have the color I wanted, they searched and found it. So appreciative! Scott Norman made sure we were completely happy, staying late 2 times to meet with us. Nelson Automotive always gets our business!

The service team at Nelson Ford exceeded my expectations during my recent visit.
If you're looking for reliable and trustworthy Ford service in the area, look no further.
I had an oil change, tires rotated, engine filter, state inspection and they even washed my vehicle for less than $85. They also have valet service that picked up and dropped off my vehicle at no extra charge.
I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the service department.

My husband and I purchased a new Ford Bronco from Nelson Ford. I want to say it was a very pleasant experience. From beginning with Charles Gary, the customer service was great. He assisted us with the most professional, knowledgeable, and positive experience from beginning to end. Chris was awesome in getting us the lowest interest rate and payments that we can fit into our budget. And Terri finalized the paper work and even took care of calling our Insurance company to save us the time and hassle of being on the phone with them. The Nelson family treats you with respect, appreciation, and let's you know that you are a part of them and anything you need they are there for you. My experience was excellent, Melissa English is a great service person, she’s very polite and helpful, she had one of your drivers take me home, and I told her if at all possible I needed my car back at a certain time, not only did I get it back before time, she had another one of your employees deliver it to my home. The young lady that delivered it, and the young lady that bought me home that morning followed the girl that bought my car were both very nice and helpful, I offered to give them tips, but they said no. I had an all around good experience. Thanks Nelson Ford.

Traded in my wife’s car that was starting to show signs of its age with a newer one that helped to give us some peace of mind. Charles was a great help and made the process as smooth as possible. I pray I won’t need to see him again but if I needed another car I’d go to him
