Nelson's towing is my hero. In the wee hours of SUNDAY morning I lock my dog, my keys my phone and my wallet in the car. I'm wandering around and begging people to borrow their phones. Someone finally calls the police for me, who tells me that they're going to break my window or they can call Nelson towing. Nelson's comes out in 15 minutes after the call opens my car and my life is set right again. Thank you so so so so so much!

Torrential downpour, and on my way home my tire lost all of its pressure. I have no idea the name of the driver, but he was amazing! He got here in 25 minutes from martinsville, and literally had my tire changed in 3 minutes. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought I was in a pit stop for NASCAR. Totally impressed and would absolutely call them again.

I greatly appreciated their response time, and how quickly they worked and got me back on the road home!

When Good Sam drops the ball, Michael w Nelson's Towing saved the day. Towed my Motor Coach to a repair shop at a fair price. Driver was extremely careful w the hook up and the towing. He was very careful and delivered the RV safely and timely. I'm so pleased as well as relieved w their service.

My daughter was rear ended on her way to NASCAR. The police called Nelson Towing. When he arrived I asked him to tow it to the Toyota dealer in High Point as we’re not from the area. He wanted $1,000-$1,500. I said we would wait for insurance and asked she be towed to the nearest Toyota dealer.

He kept insisting her car go to his yard and said he was Toyota certified. This conversation went on long enough that I finally asked why he was refusing to take her car where I wanted it to go. I finally said he could take it to his yard but he wouldn’t be fixing it.

A couple days later I found out he had went and quoted the repair and had a check being overnighted. I told insurance no he was not repairing her car. At that point, we were presented with a bill from Nelson Towing for $2,496.00 for towing her 7 miles. And they were going to hold her car hostage until it was paid.

Somehow the other insured got the car released and we found another company who towed her from Martinsville to High Point for $300. Nelson himself yelled at my daughter and said if he’d known that’s all insurance would pay he would have done it for $300.

Horrible experience and a ripoff of a company. I’m glad I stood my ground and didn’t let them repair the car.

Heading to North Carolina from upstate NY and got a flat on 220. Was with my wife and 4 year old. Trucks were flying by and it was very worrisome. My wife had Mazda roadside and it was gonna be 2 hr wait...called Nelson and they were there in 15 mins and towed us to R&J tire 6 minutes away. Made a stressful situation not so.
