Jeff has been my agent since I first moved to WV in 2020. Since then, he and his staff have been a great help with my insurance needs and have demonstrated lots of patience and courteousness in all our dealings. Most recently, Jeff helped me switch coverage for both a new car and apartment and made great efforts to ensure I understood what was covered and how to maximize my savings. I fully expect to continue working with Jeff in the future.

We have done business with Jeff Smith for about twenty years. Jeff and his staff have always been quick to help with questions and even claims, getting us to the right people in a timely fashion, and taking care of all of our insurance needs. The receptionist is always at the ready with any answer I need. She's helped me alot when picking out the plan of insurance I needed for my car. And state farm is just a pretty good insurance the deductible is high but normal.

Jeff and Debbie have taken care of me and my family for probably 30 years, I appreciate them so much. They have taken they’re time starting with us as young adults and looked after our insurance needs and finances so well as middle aged adults.
