Highly recommend this particular agency! I called a few days ago with several questions as I don't currently live in the state. Alex was the agent that answered my call and All of my questions. He was so knowledgeable, accommodating, and extremely patient. Thank you Alex for taking the time to answer all of my questions and give me some much needed advise. We have had Allstate Insurance for nearly 20 years. With our last renewal our rates were almost double. When I questioned the reason, I got a snarky sounding answer, "Rates change if one you dies or you get a divorce." None of thngs have happened. His next reason was "The insurance board told us we could raise our rates"

Our prior agent was Thomas Baldwin. He was always easy to deal with and he actually did the talking when I had a question.This office is the total opposite of "good customer service". There was one lady who tried to be helpful, but I'm not even sure if she's still there. I have NEVER even talked to the listed agent.

This is my recent review of Allstate, the one about them jacking the price up on my son’s automobile insurance still stands. So my son received a letter from collections in the amount of $74 and some change. Allstate turned his last payment that he did not know he owed over to collections. He never received a bill in the mail or any emails from Allstate letting him know he owed them anything. He had no glue he owed this amount until he received this letter from collections. Of course he paid it right away. Will never recommend Allstate to anyone. I loved when John Stephens was there he was great. But since Christopher Greear has been there it has went downhill fast.

My son went with Allstate because Progressive was too expensive. Allstate gave him a much better deal until it was time to renew and they jacked it up from $300 plus to $600 plus for 6 months. They are blaming it on something to the effect of a state wide inflation increase. But guess what? If that’s true then wouldn’t that affect other Insurance companies too? Well it didn’t because State Farm has quoted him a much cheaper policy with the same coverage for cheaper than Allstate’s first quote of $300 plus. So he will be saying bye to Allstate very soon.

The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. Every phone call to or from the agency has been very positive and helpful. When I first inquired about both automobile and home owner's insurance, I was presented with several options to maximize my coverage and fit my budget. They walked me through all the options and helped me pick the best policies for my needs. I found their pricing very competitive.

I like the agent a lot. Alex. However they periodically drop me from one plan and then sell me a new plan. It feels shady. Like they'll say repaint your house you have 2 weeks then they change it to your roof but only give you 6 days of the 2 weeks. Overall I didn't feel in good hands. Would you?

We were automatically transferred to this agency after our old one closed. Months later we were flooded and it took them 17 days to file our claim! Inexcusable. I’ve since found another more reliable agency.
