Key Advantage Property Management was my property manager for two plus years recently. I found them to be a solid property management company. While I also had challenges with Patty, I shared them with management and felt they were responsive to my concerns. She has not been there for some time, and I have had great experiences with both Kathy and Kelli in handling my tenant issues. I have felt heard and respected as a tenant. I hold the owner, David Luckenbaugh, in the highest regard. In my dealings with him, I found him to be ethical, something important to me in choosing a property that will be the mainstay for my family. The management company makes or breaks even a great property. I can wholeheartedly recommend this property management company to tenants.

Key took over managing my properties several months ago from another company with which I had a horrible experience. They went out their ways to make the transition as smooth as possible. They helped to remedy mistakes made by previous PM and did many extra works to make my life a lot easier. They conducted very thorough annual inspections on my properties and recommended repairs accordingly. The leasing teams are on top of things as well and are able to find good tenants within reasonable timeframe. Overall I’m happy with their services.

This is THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT I’ve ever dealt with. I lived in a Mold infested property and they did nothing. I went with out hot water for 6 months no accommodations was made just a nasty attitude and poor customer service Patty nasty attitude The owner is racist. When he saw I was a black woman he was rude and disrespectful when I complained about the water heater that later resulted in the mold issue a year after I had no hot water for 6 months. I had to file a claim to consumer affairs and they only made them repair the broken water heater to only tell me there’s no rule you have to have hot water. This all happened during the Pandemic . I was trapped in a 2 year lease. These people are HORRIBLE in my book.
Run if you care about your tenants. The entire 40 days of being displaced they refused to take my calls and never replied to my emails, never paid for reasonable living accommodations Do not rent from them, horrible company.
