I can't speak highly enough of Sergio. The entire experience, from the moment I called was fantastic. Chris Galletta exemplifies what great customer service is. Our family was in crisis due to a car fire and Chris quickly attended to the family emergency. At other times, we have had to purchase new vehicles, Chris has always been there to help us with transfer. She was kind enough to remind us to bring the old license plates to the DMV so we do not get charged in MD. She is always there for our family.
