The customer service was elite. I didn't have to fill out any forms. The person assisting me was very helpful in choosing my first new frames in almost 10 years! I'm bringing my daughter next week and my parents are planning on visiting too!

Walked in with my children and 2 of the staff members were busy trash talking another coworker who called out that day. Overheard one complaining about having to help customers. When they finally greeted us, the service was substandard. My son was taken to the back for a quick optical exam. When I said I would be back to order the glasses, the employee helping us said he saved the info for the frames my son picked out and took my his measurements. I later found out, he did neither. He also said I would need to verify my insurance all over again (which took them FOREVER) if I had to come back. I went to the Springfield location days later where they have excellent customer service, are attentive and have a larger selection of frames. Service was swift and I wasn't asked to present my insurance card again because it was "already in the system". Go where your patronage is appreciated!

I love the store! It's awesome!!! The staff were completely friendly and professional. I was able to make my appointment easily. The communication was excellent. The help was amazing. The doctor was informative and extremely helpful. Answered all my questions made me feel like you really cared about my vision! Five stars. Excellent customer service at this place. Highly recommend it!!

I called to see if this place provided glasses after cataract surgery. They are listed in the Medicare site as providers of this service.

The person who answered was quite rude and did not understand although she laughed and said she understood perfectly.

She went through an external site to check Medicare part D eligibility taking my name and birthdate.

I clearly stated this was a Medicare part B service.

I don’t know why she had to be so unprofessional and unpleasant. I asked for her name but she hung up without giving it to me. She said she was a manager

I have been coming here for most of the 18 years I have lived in the area. They have always taken care to give me all of the options for lenses, which is needed for my profession. The bill is broken down in an easy to understand, line by line manner. Just bring back the old felt cloths! I miss those!

Arrived at 4:47 pm to pick up already paid for glasses. Everyone including customers standing in there looking at me like I'm stupid, door locked, door says closes at 5. Web site says 7 . Made a special trip. Felt that was just poor service. The Dr was great for exam. Felt like they should have done better for a 1000 dollar pair of glasses.

In the last 2 years I have had problems with glasses made. I could not read with them. My vision was always blurry. I took the first pair back and the glasses were done overs. This year I experience the same problem, so I took the glasses back and have booked an appointment with an Optometrist. Vision Works staff no longer shows the care for a person that the once had with their old staff. When you go pick up your glasses they do not take time to see if the glasses properly fit and your vision is correct.
