We recently had an experience where an employee of Holden & Co, whose name starts with “Ale…,” came into our business inquiring about our commercial insurance. After purchasing a membership, it became clear that their intent was to push us to switch insurance providers. Once it was evident that we wouldn’t be changing, they canceled their membership and left us a 1-star review. This approach feels misleading and not reflective of good business practices. We hope this isn’t how your company intends to conduct business going forward.
