I had a terrible experience with this insurance vehicle company. The agent I dealt with, Jay Romero, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me understand my policy or answering my questions, he rushed through the conversation and made me feel like I was a burden. It felt like he was done with the customer before even starting. I expected better service and respect-especially from someone representing a company that deals with people during stressful situations. Definitely not coming back or recommending to anyone.

I went to this branch to get insurance for my car. The person named Jay Romero was the person that I was speaking to, about coverage and everything. This guy was an absolute jerk and did not know how to treat his customers. I’m very disappointed by my visit with Geico, just because of this person. With a big company like Geico and a person like this, this guy will just ruin the name of the company. Zero customer service and personality by this person.

Just left after wasting my time, tried to bring over my business insuring my 2 cars home and tv but because apparently I couldn’t give a date my door was installed I was let to walk away. Mind you I just purchased the home and I am currently insured but they said it’s not possible unless I give them the date the roof was installed. Time to hop in my Time Machine… or just stay away from geico
