Becky is so knowledge in everything and knows the properties so well! Brittney is such a kind hearted and sweet woman! We’ve been utilizing this management team as renters for a few years now! We’ve had a few issues arise as any place does,they are so quick to answer phone,text or email. They are quick to get a good solution or get the right company out for the job. They get things fix asap.
They are super understanding and patient with our move in process (being military) and we look forward to continuing using their service.

I have been with Platinum Property Management for 20 yrs…yes 20 yrs. The reason why was because of Becky and Brittany. They are the BEST property management company out there!! Whenever I have a problem with my rental home. They are on top of it ASAP. They have the problem resolved within 24 hrs-48 hrs. Now that is great service! Becky is very knowledgeable and knows the ends and out of property management. Brittany is so kind and is a very helpful when situations arise. They get the job done and I wouldn’t choose any other property management company. If you need a property management company call Platinums Property Management they care and will take care of all your rental property needs. Thanks Becky and Brittany for all you have/are doing for me.

Absolutely the worst property manager i have ever experienced in 40 years. Multiple promises but no action. Owners home being destroyed by simple neglect of property manager. Thousands of dollars of out of pocket expenses to tenant, multiple non functional items in rental property. 14 months into lease and still no repairs to damaged home, bath room, fencing etc.
Becky is beyond a doubt the reason this management company is rated so poorly. All good faith efforts to help solve issues rejected. Not even sure the owner knows. 4 seperate letters of concern unanswered.

If there was the very definition of what it meant to be a terrible human being, Becky from Platinum would be it. We have rented a property from this group for two years, and have stayed out of their hair, always made on time rent payments, and kept up the property. In return though they have been very rude from the start and have even tried to hold us liable for things that were not our fault. It is beyond me how this lady or the company has a license to manage properties. If you are a landlord, do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. And if you are looking to rent, save yourself the headache and don’t rent a property they manage. A lobotomy would be less painful than dealing with them. Seriously!
We will be reporting them immediately to the BBB!

Becky was very responsive to every issue I identified and had things fixed immediately. She had to deal with a property owner that refused to fix a major, continual basement flooding issue and continually pressed them to fix the issue. Kept me informed of all discussions with the owner.
