It took 43 years of life to file my 1st insurance claim, so naturally I held my breath as to how this process would play out. Dulles Ins, and Eire Ins. were very responsive, and walked me through the entire process. Our breakdown occurred during CV19 with repair parts in thin supply, not to mention it was a late Friday afternoon. Throughout the weekend, Dulles Ins. answered all my questions via voice or email very promptly. After the claim was filed the process was smooth and very well communicated. The communication, time spent answering my questions and value of our policy is well balanced with cost. I would recommend Dulles Ins and Erie Ins. for those is need of a great product.
