We are very pleased with Ann, Larry, and Chris. They are always on top of things that need to be fixed. They have never once harassed us. Outrageously overpriced ghetto Apartments. That said the manager goes above and beyond to assist tenants in many ways. Truly appreciate Ms. Ann Anderson. The staff, Larry and Christopher are knowledgeable, and kind. Friendly staff makes Oakbrook Terrace Apartments worth checking out. I feel that it's over priced however the personal service from the staff is both appreciated, and would be difficult to find.

Oakbrook has been a difficult place for me to live. There is constant threats, maintenance show up randomly to ask about other residents. Its pretty much a concentration camp. You will regret the experience.

Management needs investigation. Ann say one thing and does something either halfway or not at all. Then charge you for it on the sly. If you want to report it to corporate, the number she gives you goes directly to her personal phone line. That's why she needs to be reevaluated.
