I’ve lived in a PMI apartment/condo for 6+ years, and can confidently say that “landlords” or residential management do not get any better than this. Any issue (very few!) or repair or question is always resolved immediately and expertly. They contract with the best, most reliable and trustworthy repair and service people. Just can’t praise them highly enough or express my real gratitude and relief as a tenant. 100 stars.

Yes, PMI Commonwealth, Charlottesville is a transparent and responsive property management company. This first year with PMI as my lessors has seen immediate response times to any of several apartment scenarios that naturally happened. Anthony and Jake both have lightning fast response times personally, often simultaneously whether to one or the other, with results, even after-hours through their troubleshooting maintenance team. And payment administration is flawless.

PMI Commonwealth has been a blessing for my time staying in Charlottesville. Anthony was the property manager for the rental and he was very helpful, accommodating, and patient with me throughout the entire process. These guys don't just want to help put a roof over your head, they want to make sure that your residence is a home. They are always quick with service requests, and super helpful when it comes to lease discussions and addendums. Couldn't recommend this company more!

Do not have dealings with this company. I was interrogated and bombarded with questions that were not relevant to my ability to rent a home. I would question the legality of the questions they asked! They will ignore you to the best of their ability. They will come up with excuses as to why they don't respond. If you call you will be told to reply to "do not reply" email chains. They will not let you talk to anyone if you call in. I called in following up on my apication numerous times. Only for them to act completely clueless. They told me my hard earned money was falsified and not real. That it would likely disappear the next day. We are talking enough money to pay for the entire place a year in advance plus more! They will belittle you, tell you you're wrong. They are a complete joke. I've never had such a bad taste in my mouth after dealing with any company! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
