These people are awful! Debra Schleining collected my entire family's names, birthdays, social security numbers, bank account numbers, routing numbers and then did nothing with them. When I questioned her about this piacular behavior she called me paranoid. Years later we did a transfer and they failed to complete the transfer and kept contacting the wrong people concerning the investments. Now we do not have time to do a 1031 exchange and I have four day to get something notarized and delivered to them. They are unprofessional, irresponsible and insulting. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them under any circumstances.

If you live in a mobile home park in Florida and this company purchases the park, get out fast. Our lot rent was $528/mth in 2021 when purchased by Capital Square. It is now $1015/mth.
