As President of the Kenridge HOA in Charlottesville, VA, I want to congratulation Associa for the appointments of Philip Adam as Charlottesville Manger and Jonathan Martin as our Community Manager. They are doing a fantastic job as our Associa Managers. This is a far cry from the poor way their predecessors provide us next to zero support. I even had to call your CEO to ask for help. Thank you for listening to me. My one remaining concern is Jonathan is managing 12 HOAs and is stretch to his limit, It would be great to hire an additional Community Manager to take some of Jonathan's Clients to allow Associa to continue the superb Charlotesville Client support. Recently we sent a couple of inquiries to Mr. Philip Adams, Vice President of Operations Associa Community Group . Horrible and less than one star. They refuse to respond to members - whom they treat as tenants on "their" property - requests and concerns, offer bad advice, lack basic communication skills, fail to update community documents often for months and occasionally for years, continually upsell unneeded and unnecessary expenses, fail to meet their fiduciary responsibilities of offering effective solutions regarding common industry practices, and lack the capacity to give reasonable and expected legal advice concerning adherence of state law in application of C&R's. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and I bet their legal team stays very busy.
