Zero customer service ! They raised the premium on my car policy. Super expensive. One car, one driver $ 250 , old car. They are not updating the customer information. Sending important documents to wrong emails, with your personal info. They are making stories that the price on your vehicle increased due to the inflation . This is not true
I wish someone can file a lawsuit against that company. I think they are third party or a franchise. Please do not shop there. Avoid this insurance agents and the company. Can't believe they still in business. Thx

I've been with Schlegel Insurance for little over 2 years now. When it came time to utilize the insurance that Mark's office wrote, it turned out that the policy was incorrectly written. To their credit, Alex (who no longer works there, the turnover here is very frequent) was really great in helping me handle my claim. There was not a single time that Mark ever stepped in to offer his assistance.

After careful consideration and with the guidance of my legal team and their insurance professionals, we decided to retain policies elsewhere.

For the last month I have sent multiple emails and calls requesting to cancel my policies, Mark refuses to cancel them. I have resorted to calling the carriers and cancelling the policies myself. Mark is very childish, unprofessional, and holds a grudge if you try to leave his agency.

They raised my rates on my auto policy out of nowhere, even though I’ve never had a single ticket or accident for that I switched to another insurance. After I canceled my policy, they sent me a check For a refund since I had just paid my policy but after depositing it, they stopped payment on that check. I called their office to see what happened and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called them back many times and they never answered or called me back!

This is the worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with in all of my life. They have messed my policy’s up so bad and never have taken blame for their mistakes. I cancelled this incompetent company in November 2021, and now in March I receive a $289.26 bill for what I have no idea. I’ve never received a bill prior to this and now I receive one through collections. Absolutely unbelievable. Mark A Schlegel you should be ashamed of the way you run your company. Absolutely Absurd how this place says in business with their shady business practices.
FIND ANOTHER AGENCY DO NOT USE MARK A SCHLEGEL AS YOUR AGENT OR REPRESENTATIVE FOR INSURANCE. They give Farmers insurance a bad name!!!!!

If I could put ten stars for the customer service alone I would. I'm always kept in the loops about all my eligible savings and the correct coverage I need. Mark works great with serving your individual needs weather its saving you money or filling your gaps. He has a great team and I'm more than satisfied with this company.

I was with State Farm happily for years until they started raising my rate out of nowhere and without notice. Mark and his staff were extremely attentive to my needs in making sure my policy coverages were correct. The huge monetary savings were an added bonus. I briefly saw Mark a while back during a charity drive for Phoenix Children's. I've seen him at over a dozen community assistance events since then and only recently found out he works with insurance. He was never pushy towards me and I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything. When I switched to him for my policies, I never once felt like I was talking to an "insurance agent." He treated me with a genuine level of care that made it feel like I was talking to a good friend. Would recommend.
