Ill start by saying working with Sarah was an absolute pleasure and an ease. I completed orders for approximately 6 months without an issue!!! The moment she went on vacation and my interaction with Matt ("The Director" as he calls himself) started and everything went down hill from there. He is rude in his emails, belittling in his conversation, and cares nothing about vendor relations. Even after asking to speak with his supervisor I was told "HE works directly with the owner and is second in command!" 🙄
After expression my feeling he told me I would be removed from the vendor list because my fee are "too high". However they had no issue paying those fees for months.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. While I don't order a ton of inspections like some insurance agencies do, every one I have ordered over the past year has had an issue. The current inspection I was trying to get was ordered on 10/24/22. It showed the inspection report would be due back to me on 11/1/22. It is now 11/3/22 & I was told by my account executive, Sandra Pozos, that I would definitely not have the inspection today. Not only that, but I got an email requesting $50 more to complete the inspection 2 days after it was due! I needed this inspection report to help get my customer the best possible homeowner's insurance pricing for her settlement & this company is now causing me to have to drop what I'm doing to go do the inspection myself.

The inspection before that one was for another client who was going to settlement & I requested a rush exterior inspection which was promised to be turned around in 3 days. Once again, it was not delivered as promised & I had to email my account executive to find out why I hadn't received it. I finally got it 5 days later & still got charged the expedited rush charge instead of having it waived.

If your company states that an order is due on a certain date, you need to make sure you can deliver as promised.

If you are an insurance agent, I would highly recommend finding a different way to get your inspections done as this has caused several upset customers of my insurance agency.

Yes some information is incorrect on the website about the time frame of getting paid. If you talk to your Rep that you work with they will explain that you have a 60 day waiting period before you get paid for the first time but after that you should get a check or direct deposit every Monday with the remittance coming out on Thursdays. As long as you do the jobs correctly the first time and in a timely manner, no one should have a problem getting paid. If you have questions about anything with the work, contact your Rep. I myself was a little disappointed when I finally found out about the pay but once I knew, I either had to accept their terms or not work for them. That is your choice. My Rep in Virginia has been a pleasure to work with. I help her out and in return she helps me out. Communication is probably the most important aspect in this field of business. We ALL have to work together to make this line of business work. Without US, they are nothing and without them WE are nothing.

NVMS has been in business for over 15 years. Reliable reps who complete jobs on time within the allowable cost may be added to direct deposit. Their payments will be remitted every Monday. All other reps are mailed paper checks each week. All reps are graded on the same criteria to determine eligibility for direct deposit. We look at order accuracy, turn time, travel fee amounts, and whether or not the job was submitted by the due date. I have been working for NVMS for a year, and I've seen a lot of reps come and go. Typically the turnover is due to poor communication, or sub-par work performance. If a rep does not answer the phone when I call or they do not follow order instructions, It makes it difficult to have a working relationship. All the reps in my areas who complete work correctly and on time consistently, have been added to direct deposit.

BEWARE NVMS does not pay their contractor. The only good reviews come from the inside. STAY AWAY they need to pay there contractors for the completed jobs. Or better yet leave the banks know how they lie and keep the money. Lots of people have not been paid. They promise than stop emailing and calling you unless they want another job completed. yes all jobs on time and done correctly. it doesnt take 7 months and stull waiting to receive checks. I am owed 8 checks over 450. I was honest with the IRS Now is nvms ? because I did not receive half years pay..

When they assign ordered that you never accepted then threaten to dock your pay! what pay? I never accepted anything and they blow up your emails with poor pricing orders who’s going to drive 1.5 hrs one way for $8 fee it’s feels like harassment don’t recommend them to work with!
