This property management is weird. They will ask you to submit documents within 24 hours. Then, you complete everything, and they will tell you that you have been approved. But that they gave your unit to another renter. Have a backup plan. The reviews are truthful. This isn't to prevent anyone from renting from this company. It's just to protect those on a time deadline and with families. God bless.

I recently have had privilege to choose Priority Management for my rental needs. I am so fortunate that I chose this company. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. I was in a situation that I had to find a place in less than 30 days and I didn't want to just settle for first thing I saw because of the time crunch but trust me, settle is not an option for these people. I rented our property for ten years, PPM took over the account within the last few years, I believe. The past couple of years have been very stressful in our personal lives, and unfortunately we had to leave our little rental due to the potential of it being sold, otherwise we would have loved to stay with them. They were so good to my little family. Josh is a great manager and the staff was always helpful. I just can’t thank them enough for allowing our move out process to be smooth and easy. With so much on my plate, I was able to focus on other things because knew we were being treated right by our property management co. You are appreciated, PPM!

I’d leave ZERO stars if it would let me. This property management company only cares about $$$! They will charge an illegal late fee and try every intimidation tactic in the book! Stay safe Harrisonburg!
