I strongly advise against doing business with MacDoc. My experience with this company was deeply troubling and exploitative. Despite leaving the property in excellent condition, they withheld my deposit and fabricated charges to justify their actions. This level of dishonesty was shocking.

Additionally, I encountered behavior from them that I found discriminatory and unprofessional, making an already stressful situation worse. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and respectfully, but unfortunately, this was not my experience with MacDoc.

I’m sharing this to warn others who might be considering engaging with them. If you value transparency, fairness, and ethical practices, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The kitchen floor had 2 bad places. MacDoc sent Sherwin Williams Flooring to do repairs. They did a great job! The floor looks beautiful. The workers did a great job. They worked hard and steady. They were considerate of our property. The workers left our home clean. Thank you!

I have read bad comments about McDoc but I have been with them for 3 years and I have had a wonderful experience. From the ladies in the office to the Maintenance tech. They have been wonderful. People have to learn to stop taking things personal and follow the rules. Trust me we all have issues but if you talk to them and be honest they will work with you. I'm not getting paid to write this. Facts and truth.

We have been MacDoc renters for a almost a year. I felt the rental application/approval was clear and thorough. Our rental home was clean and nice when we moved in. They have respond within 24 hours of 2 home issue and get someone out relatively quickly (we had non emergencies). They respond quickly to emails as well.
