I'm only hitting the one star because they don't have negative stars available. I filed a simple dispute. I was told I would have a call in 24 hours with the information from my dispute. A week and a half later, I received a call from them. I returned the call only to be transferred 3times without notice. I was informed after the last transfer to a supervisor that she didn't see the merchant refunded the funds however in the same breath said that there was no open dispute. I am overly upset with this company's handling of my information. The attoand I will be filing complaints rney general should be notified

Horrible experience. Recieved a voicemail about my bank account receiving an security alert. Calling them back is useless, you receive a recording that never transfers you to a person to resolve the issue.

On top of their monitoring as an affiliate of my Ctedit Union. Contacted me immediately upon seeing strange looking "Payee". There were already 2 separate attempts of 2 seperate amounts to be taken from my account per a Visa Credit Card of mine, WHICH, I rarely use anyway. They filed the fraud attempts on my behalf and deactivated my card. I will have a new one in 21 days. JUST WOW! This is the only time i have had this happen. We are so vulnerable!! Yay! Lauren with PAYMENT SYSTEM'S CREDIT UNIONS for notifying me and taking care of business for me in a professional manner! THANK YOU!
