My State Farm agent in Orange passed away and I dearly miss him. Billy Fox is my third agent since he passed. Without going in to detail about the other two, I read the reviews and decided to call Mr. Fox's office. The voice answering the phone was very pleasant and her name was Teresa. I told her the issues I was having, she listened intently and low and behold, she took care of my problem almost immediately. She has followed up with two phones calls and even though she woke me up this morning, I forgive her. Seriously though, I think we have finally found an Agent that fits the Like a good Neighbor slogan and feel confident Teresa will keep my Agent on the right track.

I have been a client of State Farm with Billy Fox for over ten years. The customer service is exceptional. If I leave a message, I receive a call back that day. The issues are resolved usually within the same day. Teresa (works with in the office) is wonderful and so knowledgeable. I moved an hour away from Billy's office, but kept Billy as my agent because of how knowledgeable, customer friendly and responsive the office is.

I came to Mr. Billy Fox and Mrs. Teresa Jamison at the mere age of 18 looking to invest in myself and make sure I have security with my name. They both were very professional and gave me good information and advice to start investing in my life insurance policy. Mrs. Teresa Jamison is also always on standby to answer any question I could ever have. I have been with them for almost 5 years now.
