Brendan Riley and Liz Moore Property Mgmt do a great job taking care of my home. I work out of state now, but Brendan is a friendly and responsive communicator and he has put my mind at ease, and the fees are reasonable also. Renting out your home can be an anxiety-inducing ordeal, but now I feel like it’s not something to worry about because i know they will take care of everything. Definitely would recommend.

Not a fan of LM. Too many red flags upon moving in. !!! The company showed me they were cheap by not even having the decency to remove nails in the wall from the last tenant or even painting for a new tenant. Brendan Riley is good, seems to do what’s asked of him with no issues , but the director of property management Vidi Payne is definitely someone that doesn’t stand on her word. She will say she is gonna do something and then doesn’t, then tries to distract you by making jokes. They work for the same company but say conflicting things. I’ll definitely not be renewing my lease here or using LM after this.

My rentals properties are managed exceptionally well. Liz Moore has a team of professionals involved in the care and maintenance of the properties. When a property is onboarded, pictures are taken and tenants interviewed and told what to expect from the management teams. Afterwards, Tenants are able to talk with someone if they have an issue and get it resolved immediately. The transfer process to Liz Moore & Assoc Property Management was definitely a smart decision. I couldn't believe the difference.

We had a great experience with Liz Moore during a recent home purchase. I thought the communication was great and everyone was courteous and professional. There was a mix up on the lender’s end when we were supposed to close (on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend), thankfully the staff rearranged other appointment schedules while working with the lender to get the documents needed so that we could close that afternoon. We were so appreciative of their hard work, it kept a really special moment from being derailed after an already unusual selling process. Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Virginia Payne, who stepped in and assumed the management of my newly purchased investment property several weeks after the closing. She went to work immediately reconciling the rental listing across multiple websites, offering critical recommendations about marketing strategies and securing a qualified tenant in just one week!
