I am transferring my accounts from a bank I have been using for over 20 years simply because they no longer value me as a customer. It was amazing. The manager Danielle Cash was extremely professional, efficient, detailed and courteous. From application to approval it took less than 30 minutes. I have never experienced such remarkable performance by any bank in the past.
The quality of the service was extraordinary and certainly surpassed my expectations. I recommend them highly. The refinancing of my son’s car will save him thousands of dollars.

Pretty good service, etc for a smaller town. I was used to State employee credit unions where I moved from, so things are not as fast and efficient here. Also there are more fees involved. One thing I do love tho is the friendly faces where you know each other's name.

Inconsistent. Refused to cash my check without a hold at Madison Heights location- cashed the same check at the Lynchburg location. Tellers need more training.
