Just had to recommend this wonderful business to anyone in need of great service. It has been a pleasure from start to finish to work with this outfit. It was swift in obtaining a loan. Brad Harris has been so professional and efficient in getting the job done for us. Stephanie has been over the top helpful in anything and everything we can think of asking her to assist with our relocation to Roanoke. She has been a real joy and pleasure to get to know. We love Bank of the James! After our experiences with large banks that do not care about us, the personal attention we receive at BoJ is so refreshing.
