Chuck was extremely knowledgable and forthright. He walked us through every step of the process and was always willing to answer any and all questions we had. Oscar was very quick to respond to our maintenance request with suggestions on how we might be able to fix the problem. Then when the fix didn’t work was very quick to get a vendor out to handle the issue. He was very professional and very responsive (even when we weren’t). Very much appreciate his follow up and attention.
