I been with Big t Properties for 9 years. I never had a problem with them at all. Repairs are always done if needed, they help & work with their tenants if the tenants are going thru financial hardship. Everyone is Friendly & Professional. They like part of my Family. I Recommend big t Properties.

I inquired about a property that they were renting and they reached out to me. However the qualifications to rent from them are absurd and are not what other apartment complexes require. When I sent them an email stating that I could pay the rent with my income but since they were asking for 3.3x's the rent instead of 3xs the rent like all other apartment complexes required that I would not be able to apply. I got a rude response back saying that they stand by their requirements and that unless I could meet them I would be denied.

*SCAM the company is not real. Call the number you never get a live person. The emails come back undeliverable. The website is shady. They are just posting fake properties to get people to apply and steal their information.
