I have been renting my house through Premier Residential for the last 4 years and have been impressed with the excellent customer service and professionalism with the staff every time I contact them. Recently the AC unit was not working and Ashley went out of the way to find the warranty period for the AC. She setup a conference call with the AC repair company and me and then found another company who could get the job done better. Ashley responds to my requests quickly and is on top of all financial information and repair issues with the house. Thanks Phil, Ashley and Kaitlyn, it has been a pleasure to work with you all.

We've rented in Woodlake with Phil and his great staff for almost 5 years and we've had the best experience we've ever had with a landlord. They are kind, they are considerate and submitting payments and any maintenance is SO easy. They have been flexible with extending to 1 or 2 year rental contracts and they worked with us when we thought we'd be moving but had a last minute change to my husband's job. They have been supportive in every single request for maintenance and never held up having it fixed, even the foundation! We love renting with Premier and the kindness we received from Phil, Kaitlyn, and Ashley. Our home wouldn't be home here without Phil finding this when we moved from Florida with a baby and it's been the home of our family for the last 5 years and we've even asked about buying it because we just love it here. We owe all of our happiness in Virginia to Premier.

The technician that completed the work on my toilet from Discount Contractors was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very personable and friendly.
