It is not often you are impressed with an insurance company. I called and spoke to Linda today. After a bad experience with my current insurance company been with for 25 years I wanted a change. Speaking with her she immediately knew what I needed, i felt confident all would be taken care of. She went on to say when we were up for renewal with current company to allow State Farm a chance to help. The non-pressure approach, outstanding customer service with outrageous sense of urgency to help impressed me. World class experience

Linda and Ashley and everyone in the office are so awesome! They are so beautiful and professional and friendly. They make you feel like a part of the family. They have helped my family with anything we have ever needed.

Can't say enough about this agency. Linda is incredibly knowledgeable and got my family set up with the life insurance policies we needed. She understands the importance of family and has helped us plan for what we all eventually face, losing a loved one. She also taught me the importance of a renters' policy. After this, I started to realize how many of my renter friends aren't protected. Go see her!

I told Linda in this office that I was not renewing my homeowner's insurance this year 2 weeks before my insurance renewed BOTH in an email and verbally and I just got a bill for the whole premium, stating that I hadn't canceled it until 1 month after the renewal. This is unprofessional and completely untrue and I can't believe they are trying to charge me. Be careful with this office and put everything in writing for backup.
