Josh and his team have provided me with fantastic coverage and superior customer service for many years. They are constantly identifying potential issues before they become problems, and taking the time to notify me and help me address the situation. After a personal meeting to become acquainted, Josh took over all of my Nationwide products. He did a careful review to be sure each (auto, home, liability, etc) reflected what I wanted and needed. He suggested edits to bring each current. I am very satisfied! There are no robot answering machines.
