With many years of real estate transactions both residential and commercial, I have often thought "There must be an easier, more efficient and less painful way to do this". Kim has figured out the combination and is able to provide this with every transaction. She has assembled an incredible team that brings know how, hard work and personal attention to her business. These resources are here for the community to take advantage of. Utilizing the skills of Lake Title & Escrow is one of the best decisions I have made. Hands down.

This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had dealing with a closing/ title company. Consumers beware you have multiple options to choose from. This company never reached out to me until the very end. Right before trying to close. I live in another state so we did a mail in closing. The only instructions I received was tabbed on signature page
and one where it had to be notarized. Again no signature slot for the notary whose name and state was on the notary stamp. I mailed it back to get an email the following day that the notary needed to sign and put state and county on it. This could have been in the instructions the first time. The female I was dealing with never called nor did she even look at the documents prior to sending them to me to see there was no signature slot for the notary. Then I resign and notarized the documents overnight them back to same person at lake title who sent an email stating that the county would accept the paperwork however she did not reach out to the lender farm credit who would not accept the documents because the date was a day later. Again Kim could have reached out to the lender at farm credit to make sure. It was ok or put in that the dates had to match but she failed to do that. Resulting my closing being postponed a week to which I now have to travel to close the property at their office in south Boston. The delay I. Closing has cost me money and time as I had scheduled equipment and landscaping products to be delivered that had to be delayed because of lake title and escrows incompetence and poor service. Again search out your options. I guarantee if the shoe was on the other foot these people would be complaining and angry about it. Poor service, unprofessional, unaccountable staff and service.

Lake Title & Escrow are awesome! They made this transaction quick and easy. We live out of state and they were able send everything via mail with clear instructions and provided wonderful customer service at the same time. Highly recommend!

Wow! Really, wow! Kim and Teresa are incredible. I called the office late on a Wednesday afternoon with a problem that needed immediate attention. When I expressed my issue to Kim, she took the reins, telling me exactly what I needed to do to make this issue happen and what she would do to make it happen quickly for me. Even though I was out of state, the issue was resolved in less than 48 hours. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and not just willingness, but eagerness, to please her client was second to none. She treated my time sensitive problem as if it were her own. Lake Title & Escrow deserves my deepest appreciation, and the highest of recommendations.
