I have sold over 20 homes in my lifetime. Never have I had such a DISASTROUS and awful experience. Buyer has my house and 3 days later I still have no money! When you call to request answers you are given the run around and a hateful tone. IF I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! WORST ESCROW COMPANY EVER. PACE OF A SLOTH!!! I THINK THEY HOLD OUR MONEY AS LONG AS THEY CAN TO ACCRUE INTEREST FOR THEMSELVES.

IF YOU DO HAVE TO USE THIS COMPANY BE AWARE.CALL THEM AND STAY ON TOP OF YOUR DEAL.
AVOID IF YOU CAN .

( Edited to add: THEY WERE THEN UNPROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO CONTACT OTHERS INVOLVED IN THIS DEAL AND TELL THEM TO GET ME UNDER CONTROL SINCE I POSTED THIS REVIEW!!!! I'M NOT AN ANIMAL TO BE CONTROLLED!!!!

I've been trying to work with these people for several months. I first went into their office and explained what I needed. They agreed to help and was going to give me a call back. I called a few more times only for them to say they were going to call me back and never did. They service who they want to service!
