I just switched my insurance over to State Farm, and I am extremely pleased to have found a fantastic, kind, very dedicated agent, Rhea Baker! It is very clear to me that Rhea goes the extra mile to take care of her clients. She did my house inspection and gave me some really good tips on things I could do to make my house less accident-prone. Rhea’s staff was excellent and very efficient at processing my application and issuing my policies. Natalie answered my questions, processed my application, and prepared my policies. Brady went over the policies with me and was very thorough in making sure that I was getting the coverage that would best meet my needs. He spent a lot of time with me and very thoughtfully answered all of my questions. While we were still on the phone, he issued my three policies, took payment, and notified my mortgage company. The entire process took only 24 hours, and it was so easy! I feel that I now have much better coverage than I had before, and I know I can call Rhea’s office whenever I have questions, a definite plus!
