I’ve banked here for 15 years, and my recent experience with their main branch was an absolute disaster. I dealt with three supervisors, all of whom were rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. One woman even called claiming to be a “regional supervisor” (whatever that’s supposed to mean) and demanded my personal banking information. Absolutely not.

When I refused to deal with her, another supervisor finally called me back but was just as dismissive and condescending. At one point, I was told I should “keep up with the bank’s hours via their social media.” Really? That’s the kind of accountability they offer?

Thankfully, my local branch stepped in and resolved the issue, but the behavior of the main branch completely undermines any trust I had in this company as a whole. If they treat a long-term customer like this, how can anyone feel secure banking with them? This is no longer a hometown bank. Several years ago, they actually took out the branch in our town and now there isn’t one within an hour away! You’d think they’d value the customers that stayed with them but apparently not!

It’s unfortunate because my local branch has always been helpful, but their efforts are overshadowed by the unprofessionalism and hostility I experienced at the main branch. I’m done, this was my final straw. Save yourself the frustration—go elsewhere.

If you are customer that actually use their services, using checking or savings, and they have no issue applying whatever fee they want to apply, they don't consider you a customer. So don't park in their customer parking. They will have you towed, costing you up to $160 in fees, look you in the eyes as they siphon money out of your account and tell you you're not a customer and that there is nothing they can do, even though they are the ones responsible for the situation. Very poor way to conduct yourself with customers

I have received my online statement for the last 3 months and its is encrypted, and is not readable. I have contacted them every time about this problem and still no resolution. They move very slowly to resolve problems but are quick to take your money and charge you when every its your fault. Terrible customer service.
