Yes, I wanted to leave this review because for a long time at our apartment building we have not been able to get any maintenance done whatsoever for many years. The minute point management took our buildings over they started repairing things around the property that have needed for many many years. I don't know the maintenance man's name that came to my apartment to fix my outlets that I've been trying to get fixed at for 8 years. He called me before arriving fix the outlets very quickly and was extremely polite and helpful it was such a good feeling to know somebody was listening to me and fixed my problem and I would like to leave a good review for the woman that works in the office. Always very polite to speak with and very helpful. I appreciate them all

The overall experience start to finish was not only simple but quick as well. We worked with Clay and were very pleased with the way we were treated. If we had any concerns or questions we were always able to get ahold of the office both on the phone and in person! Moving is was great as well the place was exactly as pictured and as well when we moved in and noticed a few minor imperfections we were serviced immediately. We never felt like a bother and were treated at value. I definitely recommend point management and Clay!

We had a very pleasant and smooth moving experience with Point Management. They were very accommodating to our needs and preferences, and were extremely kind when teaching us about the moving process being as we are first time renters just getting on our feet. I could not be more grateful for Point Management. They are extremely easy to work with and their goal doesn't seem to be like other rental companies which are to get you out to get new people in. They actually enjoy seeing people stay and renew leases. They also are humans and work with you instead of being quick to evict. As a mother they have taken so much stress off of me when it comes to being somewhere stable for my kids. I would red them to any and everyone. They truly are the best!!!!!

I’ve been with point management for a year and will be signing another years lease with them. Cara is so sweet and gets the job done! They’re always willing to go the extra mile and help their tenants with anything that needs to get done, or be fixed. Any maintenance request that I’ve put in have been taken care of right away. One thing I really love about them is that they aren’t going to half way fix something they are going to make sure that whatever needs to be fixed is fixed. They are so courteous and just wonderful people to work with. Thank you so much point management for everything you guys do. I’ve recommended 3 different people to point management and they’re all now with point management. Great rental company, even greater people.

Point Management has combined technology without losing the human factor pretty well. Clay has been terrific, answering any questions I may have. I can access anything through the app.
I like the Maintenance Request button. I've had very good communication with the maintenance people. They've been super.
Adding this a couples weeks later- the response to maintenance requests is very good. For some reason my deadbolt didn't work all of a sudden. Marcus (?) was soon here and my lock was fixed. Any issue I've had; Clay (office) and Cory (maintenance) has taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Great company to rent from. Have been with them for 7+ years. Very responsive for maintenance and very helpful when you have an issue and have to pay late. Clay is an excellent property manager and Kara is very friendly as well.

Point management has been the best rental company I have rented from. Very easy to work with and does their best to accommodate their tenants. The office staff are some of the sweetest people , very easy to communicate with and does their best to work with you. I look forward to continuing to rent with them until I am able to purchase a home!!
