We paid the lien off for a unit we purchased from a customer back on March 7th. The paperwork stated 30 days to receive a title. As a representative for a commercial dealership, that is ridiculous long period of time especially when funds are wired. Here it is 4/15/25 and still no title. Furthermore, you literally can't talk to anyone over the phone or in the titles department. They auto message states to send an email to their customer service, but no one responds to it. I have sent an email every day for past 2 weeks and only one time did someone say they requested the title from their document custodian on 4/8 but still no other return emails, calls or title has been received. If a unit is paid in full, especially by wire from a large dealership, the title should be sent out within a few days period. I would not recommend them as you may not ever get your title once you pay off the unit.

If I could I gave them - 5 stars.
I strongly don't recommend these thieves to work with! make sure that you read carefully what you sign. They charge insurance in amount of $3000 beside the monthly payment without any request, however we can't function without insurance. I don't know what the government gives them license to function!!!

Horrible company. They have 0 customer service. We have been dealing with issues with them for months. They do not care to resolve the issues and will continue take more money then what your loan is with them because of the "issue" that continues because you cannot get them to resolve it. My loan has gone up over a hundred dollars a month with them since getting the loan. They will reply to the reviews acting as if they take care of their customers which is a flat put lie. It's sad so many people have been screwed by this company. I recommend CH brown co for all your financing needs!
