Last week I needed assistance with a policy update and was very disappointed with the support I got from Jose and Charly. I received no assistance or guidance on how to get what I needed. Instead I got unhelpful, repetitive stonewalling. After only a few emails, Jose told me my 2 options were to find a new agent, or find a new insurance company. "Maybe you'll work better with them". Short of a verbally abusive customer, which I wasn't, that's no way to treat a customer. I was a State Farm customer for 9 years and I was happy with all of the agents I worked with in the past, but I found this unacceptable service and I have since switched insurance providers.

I just recently moved to the area from out of state and have been working to get my policy moved over. I have been so impressed with the communication and staff at Jose’s office. Charly even noticed that two of my previous insurance claims (from over a year ago) were categorized incorrectly and worked with the claims department to get me $600 back! Charly went above and beyond to do this and I am so grateful!
