Where do I start I will sum this up with this, I've been on both side of this equation as a Landlord and now as a tenant, but this company Rhome VA Property Management and Mr. Peter Ayala are the worst property management company and property manager that I have ever had to deal with. Zero communication, no customer service during the application process, kept in the dark the entire time. I had reach out via phone and emails and he/they would not respond. If I could give this company a minus 5 stars review, I would've. I moved to the NOVA area from the United Kigndom and started the application process before I left the UK on 28th July, I applied for the property on 24 July and almost two months later, here I am. After struggling to find the right place in the right area and staying in a hotel for over a month, I finally found a property and signed a lease. But RHOME VA property management and Mr. Peter Ayala are by far the worst combination of property management and Real Estate ayent/manager. Thanks for nothing Pete!!!!

P.S. For those reading this, I'm not the sort of man that complains about poor service, read other reviews where I praised those companies I did business with. Now, this one was a Special K type of case. STAY AWAY FROM RHOME VA Property Management and Peter Ayala.

Worst rental management company I have ever had as a renter. Very hard to get in touch with. Service fees were increased which is a complete rip off since the customer service and repair service did not improve. Cannot get a hold of anyone over the weekend and halfway through the morning they've ignored several calls.
