I am writing this appreciation note to thank Joan Williamson for the fabulous work she did during the three years that she was my property manager. Living in Japan, Ms. Williamson made me feel so comfortable that I had no worries. From the day we met Mrs. Williamson, she was a perfect example of a property manager. She was always there for me at any time of the day with the most positive and charming attitude. She was never too busy and makes even the smallest problems a priority. Mrs. Williamson not only cares about her clients, but she becomes her friends. She was in constant communication with me. We will always have wonderful memories of our time in Japan, which is mainly due to all the hard work, effort and love that Ms. Williamson puts into her work, making us feel at ease being so far from home. To say that Ark Property Management, LLC is lucky to have it would be an understatement. She is truly unique!

Joan has managed our rental property for five years. The property has had three tenants, but 100% occupancy. She provides excellent communication with the tenant, we have never been surprised by an issue. The transition between tenants has been exceptional. Our management fee is money well spent.

She is terrific. She takes care of both, landlord as well as tenant. She is really good at getting rent relief for the tenants who are not able to pay the rent.
