The single worst insurance office i have ever dealt with. I was with this office for many years. I should have moved to a different agent years ago. However, I did not only because of my schedule. I am still dealing with incompetence from this office from 7 months ago. I was double charged for a month of service, of which I have proof. After several phone calls, including being hung up on by the secretary, I could not get the issue resolved without going around this agent. It then took a month or more to change agents. In addition I was in a motorcycle accident 8 years ago which totaled my motorcycle. I was told to leave the insurance on the motorcycle until all settlements were completed. I later noticed that 2 years later I was still being charged for the insurance on the motorcycle of which no longer existed. I brought this to their attention to which I received a letter they tried to trick me into signing that basically would release them for returning funds saying that I chose to keep the insurance. On a bike, that I no longer had. So it was along letter but I recognized the shady side of this due to I use to sell insurance. To me this was unprofessional and dishonest. I have spent no less than 5 hours on the phone trying to clear up the double charge mistake. I easly have more money tied up in this than what it is worth.

Some woman working in their couldn't answer some simple questions that I had without making a phone call to someone else. Then they quoted me an outrageous price even though I have a clean driving record they said because they base it off of your credit score
