Came into this bank on Front Street location from a recommendation of a lawyer. I called before showing up and the person that talked to me was polite but when I showed up everyone in that bank looked at me like I was going to rob them. I'm from out of state and I felt the tension immediately. So I thought if I spoke first maybe they will see I'm friendly and be polite. Nope total opposite. Not only did they tell me something different on the phone but in person they weren't helpful at all. Jonathan proceed to lie in my face and I called it out because it didn't make sense what he told me. Nope, I couldn't let the lies they were telling me slide. So basically they only want a certain look for people who bank with them. Well I'm here to tell you...never judge a book by it's cover and southern hospitality was not in this place. I came into town because I loss both my parents 10 months apart and was trying to handle some savings bonds. I was even willing to open an account since my bank wasn't in Arkansas and use them for whenever I'm down there. I visit a lot in Conway but will never use this bank. I will not patronize an establishment that doesn't have respect for new potential clients.

My brother cashed a check here at this location at which point I immediately went to my bank and deposit some of the larger bills. All of which came from this establishment. One $100 bill came up fictitious. I was not reimbursed for the bill and am now out $100 would not recommend

Staff here has always been helpful and friendly, in fact every one of their branches I've been to in Conway has been great. I recommend this bank if you don't keep much money in banks, their free checking account is just what it sounds like.

This is a wonderful bank. If u need a loan I would suggest going to George. He helped me and my wife more than a decade ago to start building credit through CD loans. You are more than a number and the advice he gave to us was priceless!!

I've been banking with First Security for over 20 years and have always had wonderful interactions with every member of the staff at this location. Rose, Doris and Lois are my favorites!
